John brings a wealth of senior management experience from a lifetime in Manufacturing and Retail. John has led very ​large senior teams, including 10 years as General Manager at Coca-Cola, the world’s most recognisable brand. He ​was also General Manager at United Petroleum and has held various management positions at Cadbury, Pepsi ​Schweppes, Smiths Crisps and Shell Petroleum.


David Broughton


David Broughton founded BWL in 2008 following a successful career of over 20 years as a General Manager and ​Business Developer in the retail sector. Working for JSainsbury, Blockbuster and DSG David developed the ability to ​identify opportunities to reduce costs and maximise profits. He then used these key retail skills providing consultancy ​globally to organisations such as Nokia, Nestle, McVities and General Mills.
