John Leeder

John brings a wealth of senior management experience from a lifetime in Manufacturing and Retail. John has led very large senior teams, including 10 years as General Manager at Coca-Cola, the world’s most recognisable brand. He was also General Manager at United Petroleum and has held various management positions at Cadbury, Pepsi Schweppes, Smiths Crisps and Shell Petroleum.
David Broughton
David Broughton founded BWL in 2008 following a successful career of over 20 years as a General Manager and Business Developer in the retail sector. Working for JSainsbury, Blockbuster and DSG David developed the ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs and maximise profits. He then used these key retail skills providing consultancy globally to organisations such as Nokia, Nestle, McVities and General Mills.
